When nightly calls from a terrified version of herself warn of a deadly eldritch monster, weary Toni must decode the terrifying patterns and fight back at 11:11 or be consumed by the horror—and her own unraveling mind—in this tense supernatural thriller.
In the chilling supernatural thriller "Call 154," Toni, a weary woman in her early 30s, is haunted by mysterious nightly phone calls at exactly 11:11 PM from a terrified voice being hunted by a terrifying Lovecraftian creature with hypnotic, deadly eyes. As she meticulously maps out patterns and strategies from her small, note-covered home, Toni battles despair and isolation, grappling with the terrifying realization that running only leads to death. With time—and her own sanity—slipping away, Toni must confront the monstrous horror not by fleeing, but by fighting back, transforming her home into a battleground where survival hinges on courage, wit, and the strength to face the unimaginable. "Call 154" is a tense, atmospheric horror that explores fear, resilience, and the fight against an unseeable nightmare.

INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY - CALL 154
Toni lays on her couch. Surrounded by a rats nest of plans, takeout containers. Everything. She wakes up with a scream.
She looks around and takes stock of what her life has become, suddenly aware of all that has consumed her.
INT. KITCHEN - DAY - CALL 154
Toni sits on the floor next to her fridge. Opens the door up and takes out a half eaten burrito. Munches on it.
Her phone goes off. She leaps out of her skin.
It’s Sam again. She slowly tears up, tries to stop sob-gasping as she answers the call.
TONI
(defeated)
Hi Sam.
SAM (O.S.)
Toni! Hey, it’s been a while. How you been?
Toni struggles to respond.
SAM (O.S.)
Still feeling the breakup? Talk to me.
Toni can’t contain herself no matter how hard she tries. She’s tired and breaking.
TONI
I.. I’m not doing well Sam. I.. I’m stuck. I can’t seem to get out of the house. I’ve been trying for months. Just trying to help myself escape and I can’t. Every night it happens. It’s coming for me and I can’t escape. It’s killing me.
SAM (O.S.)
Uhhh. Should I come over?
Toni gasps, looks around her room.
TONI
No. I-- You can’t right now. I...
She sits for a moment.
SAM (O.S.)
Toni?
TONI
It’s like... There’s just something I’m running from.
SAM (O.S.)
Grief? Toni.. It’s not like that. It’s not something you can solve. Especially not by running from it. Trust me. I know it feels like if you just changed one thing, or another thing, or whatever.. you’d fix it. But it doesn’t work like that... It’s not something you can fix. Sometimes you just gotta cut through all those thoughts and face your pain.
Toni sees her knife block out of the corner of her eye.
TONI
I-- I think that’s it.
SAM (O.S.)
Toni? Are you sure--
She hangs up on him.

TONI
You have to do it. Dodge left and then swing at it with everything you got when I say.
PHONE
It’s-- i’ts--
TONI

On the phone you hear an otherworldly SHRIEK and the scuffling of feet. A SQUELCH and a SHANK as a knife sinks into obsidian flesh. The creature SCREAMS.

The drawer slides out. We hear the heavy metal scrape of a pan.

Hey, Toni. Uh. I’m sorry. Just remember you’ll get yourself through this.
TONI
Huh?
The phone disconnects. Toni looks down. She hung up.
Toni looks around. Taking in the chaos of her life now. She walks back into her living room.
INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT - 11:11PM - CALL 154?
Toni slowly lowers herself down to her couch, putting her phone on the table in front of her. She exhales a long, ragged breath. Cradles her head in her hands and softly cries.
The phone in front of her suddenly lights up.

She reaches for the phone. Picks it up, What?
TONI
Hello?
Her front door is darkened with a shivering shape--
